In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which replaced the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your course within 14 days of receiving your course materials, whether in hard copy or online format.
To cancel your course, you must submit a signed, written cancellation notice via recorded delivery to the Cancellations and Conversions Department at our registered address. Please note that cancellations via telephone will not be accepted.
In compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are also entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital content, such as online courses, for a full refund unless you have already accessed, logged into, or downloaded the course materials.
If your course materials include hard copy resources, you must return them in their original packaging, at your own cost and risk, ensuring they are in resalable condition. We strongly recommend using recorded delivery for tracking purposes.
Once we receive your cancellation notice and the returned course materials at our registered address – and provided the materials are deemed resalable at our sole discretion – we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will include the full course price minus a £200 cancellation fee.
Important Notes:
- The cancellation fee applies only if the course modules remain unaccessed.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days of enrollment. After this period, any outstanding balance on your contract must be settled.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account, though we aim to expedite the process where possible.
